Configuration

Powerful technology? You bet! ProcureStaff provides powerful people to help optimize our robust software to meet your explicit requirements.

Each ProcureStaff account is assigned a dedicated configuration analyst to simultaneously serve your organization and our Operations teams. Configuration analysts collect unique business requirements, assess your internal procedures and then incorporate that information into our software to match the determined requirements. Throughout an implementation, Configuration Analysts suggest configuration recommendations based on your specific requirements. Within a day, they can build your requirements into a prototype configuration to demonstrate exactly how the system will look and function.

Once a configuration is complete, the Configuration Analyst consults with Operations to explain which features of our software have been enabled or disabled and why. As new features are built and rolled out, Configuration provides ongoing support to keep the technology operating at its greatest capacity.

Benchmarking & Proprietary Data Warehouse

Improved visibility leads to greater cost control. Bill rate and spend benchmarking enables illuminating analyses and critical reports. ProcureStaff improves visibility through mining data and analyzing how your contract labor rates compare against local and national rates.
